Located in a stunningly beautiful setting just minutes west of downtown Cincinnati, the Aston Oaks Banquet Center is one of the areas newest and most scenic banquet and reception facilities, offering fine dining in a country club atmosphere at affordable prices. With comfortable seating for up to 300 guests, the elegantly decorated Oak Room at the Aston Oaks Banquet Center is the perfect setting for wedding receptions, reunions, anniversaries, showers, charity banquets, luncheons, retirement parties, sports banquets, business meetings and more.

Whether you are planning a large wedding reception or an intimate dinner, the experienced staff at the Aston Oaks Banquet Center works alongside you to cover every detail, helping to assure an wonderfully memorable event. Amenities include a spacious dance floor, fully stocked bar, large screen projection facility and, of course, the gorgeous golf course views. Also available are gazebo and patio rentals adjacent to the Oak Room.

All pricing is based on a four hour room rental. If extra hours are needed they can be purchased for an additional fee. The room opens 30 minutes before the event. Bar service begins 15 minutes before the scheduled event and ends 15 minutes prior to the ending time.

A 5 percent discount is given to all wedding receptions that take place on Friday evenings or during the months of January through March. The discount is given on food packages only.

Handicap accessible with handicap parking directly adjacent to the banquet hall. Upon request, commuter golf cart service is available spring through fall to drive guests from their cars to the banquet facility.
